Brailsford: Not letting success go to his head

Great Britain performance director Dave Brailsford insists the cycling team's amazing success in Beijing will not go to his head.
The 44-year-old has helped build a phenomenal set-up at national level that led to British riders winning eight gold medals at the 2008 Olympics.
Such glory has not gone unnoticed by other countries and Brailsford is rumoured to be a target for rival nations, as well as sports.
However, the Welshman is keeping his feet firmly on the ground and not turn a back on cycling just for the money.

"If I'm honest about it, it would be very easy to get a big ego," he said.
"It would be very easy to puff your chest out a bit and think, 'Wow, I can go and do anything.'
"But the reality is, it is an amalgamation of different personalities which actually works together.
"It's like a pop group and if I started getting too big for my boots here and think I can go off and do this, that and the other, I couldn't without the other people here.
"You really have to know your sport. I've been involved with cycling most of my life."
Future
Brailsford concedes his coaching staff have put him under pressure to confirm his plans for the future and he has so far declined to do so.
It is hoped he will remain in his current role and attempt to do even better on home soil in London in four years time.
"I'm the eternal optimist and I think we can do better than this," he added. "You can see where the gains can be made."
