Hey Usain... You've slain all of them. I think this has to go down as the greatest performance in history and would be hard to replicate. Usain is the real GOAT (Greatest Of All Time). I wish him all the very best.

Usain's performance is simply awesome. I think he could even be faster if it wasn't for his arrogance and show boating.

This feat is just awsome. No man has ever ran two world records in the 100m and 200m in the history of the olympics. Jamaica will be celebrating for a long time to come. We are so happy that the Balco Lab is now closed. The world will be hearing much more from us.

With little or no funding from a small poor country he is a class act, but can you imagine if Jamaicans had the resources we have in Britain?

This kind of running is just breathtaking. The fact that he is still so young does not bode well for the other athletes but this is extremely exciting from a neutral perspective. I certainly hope that he will be as good as I think he might end up to be.

Once again I am left in complete awe of what this boy has accomplised at such a tender age. I am so happy for him but I must also recognize those Jamaicans like Raymond Stewart, Merlene Ottey, Grace Jackson and Julirt Cuthbert who paved the way for present day athletes like Bolt Fraiser and others. If there is a phenom in world athletics Usain Bolt must surely be it. Congratulation to Usain, Asafa, Shelly-Ann Melanie and all the Jamaican athletes in Beijing and may God continue to bless you and that "lillte rock" known as Jamaica....BIG UP !!!!

As a Jamaican i am overjoyed, we have been sending the signals to the world for a long time from the great Herb Mckinley, through to Merlene Otteys to mention a few from the past, However the improvement in Drug testing technology has levelled the playing Filed and has helped to let our performance (JAMAICA'S) in this olympics look so awesome.

Truly amazing, he has taken sprinting to a new level. With optimum conditions : 1) A fast track. 2) Warm weather. 3) Altitude. 4) No preliminary rounds. 5) A favourable wind of say 1.8 metres / second. I could see him taking te 100 metres world record down to 9.5 seconds. I never thought I would ever see that in my lifetime.

What a fantastic achievement by Bolt. He has broken a record i thought would never be beaten and eclipsed the great man Johnson himself. I wonder if he fancies a shot at the 400m.......
